Registration

  Please read the following instructions before registering:

Conference registration should be done online but can also be done by fax. A registration form can be downloaded from the website. In case you encounter any problems with the registration please contact the conference host.

If your organisation is sending several delegates, each delegate must register separately.

Conference participation is by invitation only. If you are not sure whether you are entitled to participate, please follow this link . 

Hotel reservation must be done on the participant's own initiative. Hotel reservation is not part of the following registration process. We recommend reserving a hotel before registering according to the instructions provided under this link .

Registrations will be processed in order of receipt. We therefore recommend that you register as early as possible.

After you have registered, you will receive a registration confirmation via email.
