Conference Hotels

 

Hotel reservation must be done on the participant’s own initiative. The host recommends choosing one of the following four hotels.
Between 6 June 2005 and 8 June 2005 there will be a free of charge shuttle service (hotel -> conference venue -> hotel). The shuttle service operates each morning from the conference hotels to the conference venue and after the last sessions from the conference venue to the conference hotels. Room contingents have been reserved for the conference participants at special tariffs. In order to book on these contingents, please follow the instructions below.

Hilton Hilton Bonn

The room contingents at special tariffs in the Hilton Bonn are exhausted. However, the Hilton still accepts reservations at normal tariffs.

The Hilton Bonn is located directly on the river Rhine just a few minutes walk away from the main train station and city centre. The conference rate for "king-size" rooms was 130 Euro per night including breakfast. Reservations can be made via internet or by phone at +49 (228) 7269 708. The booking code ("Group/Convention code") for participants is "ICN".

MaritimMaritim Bonn

The Maritim Bonn is situated just a few minutes away from the beautiful Rheinaue park and the former government quarter. Single rooms are available at 117 Euro, double at 152 Euro per night including breakfast. The Maritim comfort category can be booked for an extra charge of 10 Euro. Reservations at the conference rates can be made by phone at +49 (228) 8108 777 or by email. The booking code for participants is “IKK/ICN2005”.

KönigshofHotel Königshof

The Hotel Königshof is already booked out!

The Hotel Königshof, situated directly on the Rhine, is just a few minutes walk away from the city centre and the main train station. Single rooms were  available at rates of 110 Euro (Standard), 120 Euro (Superior) and 130 Euro (Deluxe), double rooms at rates of 140 Euro (Standard), 150 Euro (Superior) and 160 Euro (Deluxe) per night including breakfast. Reservations in this hotel cannot be made any more. The hotel can be contacted by phone at +49 (228) 2601 510 or by email. The booking code for participants was “IKK/ICN2005”.

Hotel BristolBristol Bonn

The room contingents at special tariffs in the Bristol Bonn are exhausted. However, the Bristol still accepts reservations at normal tariffs.

The Günnewig Hotel Bristol Bonn is situated at the picturesque axis between Poppelsdorf palace and the Bonn University close to the main train station. Single rooms were available at 80 Euro, double rooms at 106 Euro per night including breakfast. Reservations can be made by phone at +49 (228) 2698 849 or by fax at +49 (228) 2698 222. The booking code for participants is “Bundeskartellamt”.
