Am I entitled to participate in the conference?
Conference participation is by invitation only. The officials working at ICN member agencies have been invited. Also several Non-Governmental Advisors (NGAs) have been invited. If you want to participate in the conference and have so far not received an invitation, please check with your national competition authority whether you are eligible for invitation.

How much is the conference fee?
There will be no conference fee.

Will there be translation services during the conference?
Throughout the conference, simultaneous translation in English, French and German will be offered.

What Shuttle service is provided between hotels, conference venue and venues of social events?

Departure time for the boat trip is 18.00h. The bus shuttle to the departure point leaves from the hotels Maritim and Bristol at 17.30h. Further details will be available in your hotel.

You will be able to walk to the departure point from the hotels Königshof and Hilton. Departure point is the Brassertufer „Alter Zoll“. The name of the boat is “Wappen von Bonn”.

Buses will take you back from the Hotel Dreesen to the conference hotels Maritim, Hilton, Königshof and Bristol.

A bus shuttle to the conference venue will be provided from the conference hotels Maritim, Hilton, Königshof and Bristol. Details on the departure times will be available in the respective hotels. The buses will take you back from the conference venue to your hotel.

For the evening reception in the Old City Hall a bus shuttle from the conference hotels Maritim, Bristol and Hilton will be available. Information on the exact departure times will be provided during the conference and in the hotels.

The Old City Hall can be reached on foot in five minutes from the Hotel Königshof.

A bus shuttle to the conference venue will be available from the hotels Maritim, Hilton, Königshof and Bristol. After the conference the buses will take you back to your hotel.

For the dinner a bus shuttle will be provided from the conference hotels Maritim, Hilton, Königshof and Bristol. Buses to the Petersberg will leave from the hotels at approx. 20.00h. After dinner the buses will take you back to your hotel.
